RODENBACH is a 200 year old Belgian brewery (and a national treasure) that produces some of the finest beers in the world. 

They are the most awarded brewery in the world and are highly respected by beer trade and industry professionals.

For average consumers, RODENBACH is a bit of an unknown entity, even though they invented the sour beer category in 1821.

DRIVING MEDIA COVERAGE

Bolide Communications began working with Rodenbach in 2010 and immediately got to work to generate national media coverage with key beer media and shaping the narrative.  We secured cover stories in the beer trade and lifestyle media. 

We secured placements in major lifestyle media including TV, print and online national coverage as well touting Rodenbach’s beers as being among the finest in the world, and how Rodenbach is the original and iconic producer of sour beer.

SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS

With new product launches and new package refreshes, Bolide Communications also secured top-tier coverage on social media by leveraging Instagram.  We’d send beer their way in exchange for a positive post so that we could further fuel our own social media channels.

During the pandemic (2020), Bolide Communications also created a program called “April Sours” that got our brand into the right people’s hands to generate international attention and praise.

Bolide Communications operated as the head of marketing in the USA for Rodenbach, helping achieve great success and attention.

We also created sales collaterals including sell sheets, tap handles and creative programming to empower the sales force to sell beer to key accounts and distributors.
